1. 무엇을 수집하나

이용자가 AXOS 인스타그램 게시물에 댓글을 남겼을 때만 아래를 수집합니다. 그 외에는 어떤 정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 왜 수집하나

댓글에 남긴 키워드에 해당하는 자료 링크를 다이렉트 메시지로 1회 보내드리기 위해서입니다. 다른 목적으로 쓰지 않습니다.

3. 얼마나 보관하나

같은 사람에게 두 번 보내지 않기 위해 발송 이력(댓글 ID·사용자 ID)만 보관하며, 90일이 지나면 삭제합니다. 댓글 내용은 발송 후 보관하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 제공

수집한 정보를 판매·대여·공유하지 않습니다. 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 삭제 요청

언제든 데이터 삭제 요청 페이지의 방법으로 요청하시면 처리합니다.

English summary

We collect an Instagram username, user ID, comment text and comment ID only when a user comments on our posts. The sole purpose is to send that user a one-time direct message containing the resource link they requested. We retain only the delivery record (comment ID and user ID) to avoid duplicate messages, and delete it after 90 days. We never sell, rent or share this data with third parties.
